Reality TV star Kim Kardashian will be joining the cast of the surprisingly durable CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother for an episode airing in January. She’ll be joining Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, ensuring that those with no talent outside of an ability to sign their lives away to major media concerns get even more airtime than they deserve. Now, how do you think the comments on the E! Online “Watch With Kristin” blog shake down?

Of course I’ll watch. What kind of HIMYM fan would miss an episode just because these idiots are on it? I’m sure the rest of the episode will be good.

That’s the sort of plucky, undying, slightly deranged enthusiasm for a program that CBS executives love until it’s time to axe it from the schedule and the headless dolls start pouring into the offices.

What is going on? I can’t understand why HIMYM would want those two crazy Hills folk and Kim K. This is not going to boost ratings, in fact, they can count me out of this episode, and my husband and I watch the show faithfully every week. Sorry HIMYM, but I can’t contribute to their fame.

Look at E posting commemnt about zero list celebrity kim, with positive picture and comments. What Kim famous for sucking ***** Look at Britney, BIGGEST STAR IN THE PLANET, what they have for Britney negative comments. Next time you want special interview with Britney, don’t, she gave you guys special access all the time, because she is beautiful inside and out. Britney got PEOPLE CHOICE AWRD NOMINATION for HIMYM, but I don’t see it any where in your website. Who is biggest star in E Ryan Seacrest, that tells you how classy this website is. I doubt E’s staff can read or write. Hire some real journalist for a change.

While Jay 6385 may agree with j (is this confusing to everyone, or is it just me?) on how E! massages its stories, you can’t diss Jacko on his watch!

Correction j Michael Jackson is the biggest star on the planet. I agree though about kim but hey E! is the one who gave her a reality show and ryan produced that c r a p it’s like Joel McHale very accurately points out everytime that she’s only famous for having a big a s s and a sex tape. Kim hates when you mention her sex tape but this is why she has that reality show, why she got to be in that movie ‘disaster movie’, got to be on DWTS, got to be a special E! correspondant at the 2008 teen choice awards and compliment people who have mediocre talent or none at all just cus they look good. That’s a perfect example of how shallow they are cus people Michael Jackson who has actual talent and is every bit deserving of the success he has had for 40 years and yet he’s been dissed by E! for years.

These comments from Stella Moore, well, and tinny are like an inside out of the recovery. Instead of denial, anger, and then acceptance, they’re anger, confusion, and blind rage!

Wow, if someone had never watched this show before they wouldn’t start now when all the news around it has been about a bunch of ridiculous tabloid “stars” appearing on it. HIMYM, have some class!

At first I was disgusted that those three were going to be on HIMYM, because I love that show, but now that I know how they’ll be on, in a dream type sequence, it’s not so bad, I’ll watch it….

I have to say I won’t watch and that disappoints me because HIMYM is one of my favorites. Dream or not, having Speidi disgusts me and I can’t support it. They are vile and should not be given exposure on this great show. I hope this doesn’t end up being the show’s “jump the shark” episode.

Finally, Mike (who I am sure was in the middle of his 300th crunch of the day as he typed this) has this to say:
